摘　　要：目的探索肺癌患者舒缓疗护管理实践经验。方法选择胸部肿瘤科行放化疗的肺癌患者进行初筛、评估,入组舒缓疗护,全程干预、随访评价、再干预、再评价;并对舒缓疗护模式的工作流程、工作内容、质量改进、实践效果进行总结分析。结果共筛查81例患者,其中12例入组舒缓疗护,8例次出现躯体症状困扰,干预后不适症状总缓解率75%;6例次出现心理症状困扰,干预后不适症状总缓解率83.3%。结论舒缓疗护管理能改善肺癌患者症状困扰、提高生活质量,值得借鉴推广。Objective To explore the experiences of palliative care in patients with lung cancer.Methods The patients undertaking chemotherapy in thoracic oncology were screened,evaluated,and enrolled for palliative care.Then the patients were given whole course intervention,follow-up evaluation,reintervention and re-evaluation.The author summarized and analyzed the work flow,work content,quality improvement and effect of palliative care.Results A total of 81 patients were screened.Among them,12 patients were enrolled for palliative care.8 cases of somatic symptoms occurred in the 12 patients,and 75%of somatic symptoms were relieved after intervention.There were 6 cases of psychological symptoms,and 83.3%of them were relieved after intervention.Conclusion Palliative care can relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life among lung cancer patients,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
