摘　　要：黄元御是清代伤寒大家,其根据中医经典著作,在其代表作《四圣心源》中创新发展了“阴阳升降”的理论,切中人体一气运行的本质。本文阐述了中医临证中辨清“阴阳”的重要性,从中医古代文献论述总结痔病的病因病机,并进一步探讨黄元御《四圣心源》对痔病病机的认识及其对临床辨证立法的指导意义。Huang Yuanyu is a scholar of Shanghan study in Qing Dynasty.Huang Yuanyu innovated and developed the theory of ascending and descending of yin and yang in the Sisheng Xinyuan according to the classic works of TCM.Hemorrhoids are a common disease.This paper expounds the importance of differentiation of yin and yang in clinical syndrome of TCM and summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of hemorrhoid disease from ancient literature of TCM.This paper discusses the understanding of the pathogenesis of hemorrhoids and its guiding significance to the legislation of clinical syndrome differentiation in the Sisheng Xinyuan.
