林如高验方内外兼施治疗退行性腕关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价林如高验方内外兼施治疗退行性腕关节炎的临床疗效。方法采用林如高验方内外兼施治疗57例退行性腕关节炎,辅以适当功能锻炼,采用Cooney腕关节评分法评估腕关节功能恢复情况。结果57例患者治疗效果为优45例,良8例,可3例,差1例,优良率为92.98%;全部退行性腕关节炎患者治疗后腕关节功能评分均高于治疗前腕关节功能评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论林如高验方内外兼施可明显减轻退行性腕关节炎患者的疼痛,改善患腕关节的握力及关节活动度,有效恢复患者的腕关节功能。Objective To evaluate the curative effects of Lin Rugao in the treatment of wrist arthritis with endo and exogenous cause in combination of empirical recipes.Methods Fifty-seven patients with wrist arthritis were treated by endo and exogenous cause in combination of empirical recipes and proper functional exercise.The Cooney score of wrist joint were observed before and after treatment.Results There were 45 excellent cases,and 8 good cases,and 3 fair cases,1 poor case,and the excellent and good rate was 92.98%.The Cooney score of all patients with wrist arthritis were increased evidently after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The endo and exogenous cause in combination of empirical recipes of Lin Rugao can alleviate the pain of patients with wrist arthritis evidently,improve the grip strength and the range of motion of the wrist joint,and recover the wrist function effectively.
