消渴Ⅱ号方对早期糖尿病肾病患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟消渴Ⅱ号方对早期糖尿病肾病患者免疫功能的影响。方法选择60例2型糖尿病肾病患者,Mogensen分期为糖尿病肾病早期,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组28例,治疗组32例,2组均予二甲双胍或拜糖平或(和)胰岛素治疗。对照组在基础治疗的基础上加用厄贝沙坦口服,每日1次,每次1片;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟消渴Ⅱ号方汤剂。治疗前后观察2组证候疗效、空腹血糖、尿白蛋白排泄率及免疫功能。结果2组治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组能明显改善患者临床症状,改善CD^4+、CD^8+、CD^4+/CD^8+水平。结论自拟消渴Ⅱ号方能提高早期糖尿病肾病治疗疗效,增强患者免疫力,有效改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the effect of self-formulated Xiaoke II on immune function of early diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were selected.Mogensen was divided into the early stage of diabetic nephropathy.Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 28 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the treatment group.Both groups were given Metformin or glycoside and/or insulin therapy.The control group added Ebeishatan(trade name:Anbowei,specification 150 mg/tablet,Sanofi(Hangzhou)Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)on the basis of basic treatment,oral,once a day,1 tablet each time.On the basis of the control group's treatment,the treatment group added a self-prepared Xiaoke II prescription,which was fried with one dose of water per day,divided into 2 oral sessions and 12 treatment sessions on Monday.Results There were significant differences in total efficiency before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.01).The treatment group can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and improve the levels of CD^4+,CD^8+,and CD^4+/CD^8+.Conclusion Self-formulated Xiaoke II prescription can improve the curative effect of early diabetic nephropathy,enhance the immunity of patients,and effectively improve clinical symptoms.
