中药联合激素序贯法治疗卵巢早衰临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析中药联合激素序贯法治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果。方法将112例卵巢早衰患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各56例。对照组患者采用激素序贯疗法,口服戊酸雌二醇1 mg/d,用药第17 d起联合服用黄体酮200 mg/d,连续用药10 d;治疗组患者在激素序贯疗法基础上联合应用滋肾益宫方。分别将2组患者治疗3周期后的疗效、激素表达及子宫与卵巢表现进行统计学处理比较。结果2组患者治疗后的卵巢体积、子宫体积及子宫内膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后LH为(32.1±2.7)U/L,E2为(74.6±7.2)pmol/L,FSH为(35.8±2.1)U/L,均明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者临床治疗有效率为91.1%,明显高于对照组80.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢早衰患者采用中药联合激素序贯治疗能够更显著的恢复雌孕激素等分泌,迅速促进相关症状好转,改善月经异常状态,疗效确切。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with hormone sequential therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods 112 cases of premature ovarian failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hormone sequential therapy,oral estradiol valerate 1 mg/d,combined with progesterone 200 mg/d from the 17th day of treatment,for 10 days.The treatment group was treated with nourishing the kidney and benefiting the uterus recipe in the course of taking western medicine on the basis of continuing sequential therapy.The curative effect,hormone expression and uterine and ovarian manifestations of the two groups after 3 cycles of treatment were statistically analyzed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in ovarian volume,uterine volume and endometrial thickness between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);LH was(32.1±2.7)U/L,E2 was(74.6±7.2)pmol/L,FSH was(35.8±2.1)U/L after treatment in the treatment group,which was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 91.1%,which was significantly higher than 80.4%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential treatment with Chinese herbal medicine and hormone can restore the expression of estrogen and progesterone more significantly,promote the improvement of related symptoms,improve the normal menstrual state,and thus have reliable therapeutic effect.
