中药擦浴联合穴位刺激护理在小儿高热惊厥中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究中药擦浴联合穴位刺激护理小儿高热惊厥的疗效观察。方法收集小儿高热惊厥患儿80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组予以西医常规护理措施,治疗组在对照组的基础上予以中药擦浴护理联合穴位刺激干预。结果与对照组同期相比,治疗组擦浴后30 min、擦浴后60 min体温降低更明显,治疗组护理后体温恢复至正常值所需时间显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床总有效率为97.50%,对照组临床总有效率为77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药擦浴联合穴位刺激护理在小儿高热惊厥的治疗中疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of Chinese herbs sponge bath combined with acupoint stimulation nursing in children with febrile convulsion.Methods 80 cases of children with febrile convulsion in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine routine nursing measures,and the treatment group was given Chinese herbs sponge bath combined with acupoint stimulation nursing on the basis of the control group.Results Compared with control group in the same period,the treatment group they wipe the prognosis for 30 min,prognosis of 60 min hypothermia is more apparent,nursing time needed for temperature returns to normal after treatment group significantly better than the control group,and difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),the total effective rate of treatment group was 97.50%,the clinical total effective rate of the control group was 77.50%,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbs sponge bath combined with acupoint stimulation nursing in children with febrile convulsion is effective.Throughout the whole treatment process,it is worthy of clinical application.
