摘　　要：系统总结了化痰法治疗单纯性肥胖症的进展,探讨化痰法治疗单纯性肥胖症在中医疗法中的作用及优势地位,现代医家比较统一的观点认为脾虚痰湿是肥胖症的主要病机,以化痰为主要治法,根据兼证辅以健脾,温肾,清肺,祛湿,理气,活血等法。本文对化痰法治疗单纯性肥胖症进行文献综述,以期为更好地研究和应用提供依据。The research progress of resolving phlegm method in t he treatment of simple obesity was summarized,and the role of phlegm method in the treatment of simple obesity in therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and the dominant position was explored,that modern physicians more unified view is spleen deficient phlegmy wet is the main pathogenesis of obesity,resolving phlegm as the main treatment,supplemented by tonifying spleen,warming the kidney,clearing away the lung-heat,clearing damp,regulating qi,invigorate the circulation of blood,etc.This paper reviews the literatures on the treatment of simple obesity with phlegm resolving method in order to provide the basis for better research and application.
