集束化护理干预在肺结核大咯血介入术后的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理干预在肺结核大咯血介入术后的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5月~2018年5月收治的60例肺结核大咯血介入术患者,根据入院时间分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。观察组给予集束化护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果两组干预前的心理状况评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组干预后的心理状况评分均得到显著改善,且观察组各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预在肺结核大咯血介入术后的应用效果显著,可有效缓解患者心理压力,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of clustering nursing intervention after interventional therapy for massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 60 patients receiving nterventional therapy for massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to their admission time,30 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given clustering nursing intervention,and patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in psychological status score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of psychological status in the observation group were significantly improved,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of clustering nursing intervention after interventional therapy for massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis is significant,which can effectively relieve the patients mental tension and improve their quality of life.
