摘  要:目的探讨持续性护理健康教育在乳腺手术患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2018年1月~2019年1月收治的80例乳腺手术患者作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为实验组、对照组,各40例,对照组采取常规护理方式,实验组在对照组基础上应用持续性护理健康教育。观察两种护理方式对患者认知水平及满意度的影响等。结果实验组患者的各项对疾病的认知水平评分、护理总满意度、治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的住院时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续性护理健康教育有利于提高乳腺手术患者的认知水平、满意度及依从性;缩短患者的住院时间,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing health education in patients undergoing breast surgery.Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected observation objects.According to the random number method,the patients were divided into the experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received the routine nursing methods.The experimental group received continuous nursing health education on the basis of the control group.The influence of two nursing methods on patients′cognitive level and satisfaction degree and so on were observed.Results The cognitive level score,the total satisfaction degree of nursing and treatment compliance of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing health education is beneficial to improve the cognitive level,satisfaction degree and treatment compliance of patients undergoing breast surgery,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and it is worth popularizing and using.
