摘　　要：目的探讨系统化护理在输尿管镜碎石日间手术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年8月~2018年8月我院收治的80例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用系统化护理方法。比较两组患者的手术等待时间、住院时间、护理后费用,护理满意度,手术完成率。结果观察组护理后的手术等待时间、住院时间均短于对照组,护理后费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的护理总满意率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后的手术完成率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论系统化护理在输尿管镜碎石日间手术中的应用效果显著,可缩短患者的手术等待时间、住院时间,降低住院费用,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing in the day operation of ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods Eighty patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number method.The control group was given routine nursing method,while the observation group was given systematic nursing method.The operation waiting time,hospitalization time,post-care costs,nursing satisfaction degree and operation completion rate were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The operation waiting time and hospitalization time of the observation group after nursing were shorter than those of the control group,post-care costs was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the operation completion rate between the two groups after nursing(P>0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing in ureteroscopic lithotripsy daytime operation has a significant effect.It can shorten the operation waiting time and hospitalization time of patients,reduce hospitalization costs and improve nursing satisfaction degree,and it is worth promoting.
