音乐干预联合非营养性吸吮在早产儿眼底筛查中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析音乐干预联合非营养性吸吮在早产儿眼底筛查中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月~2018年10月我院收治的69例行眼底筛查的早产儿作为研究对象,随机将所有早产儿分为对照组(23例)、联合组(23例)、非营养性吸吮组(23例)。对照组早产儿不给予任何特殊的干预措施,非营养性吸吮组早产儿行非营养性吸吮护理,联合组早产儿行音乐干预联合非营养性吸吮护理。观察三组早产儿在眼底筛查1、5 min时的PIPP评分,筛查依从情况、护理满意度,并进行比较。结果三组眼底筛查5 min时的PIPP评分均低于眼底筛查1 min时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组眼底筛查1、5 min时的PIPP评分低于对照组与非营养性吸吮组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的筛查总依从率高于非营养性吸吮组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组早产儿家属对护理工作的总满意度高于非营养性吸吮组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论对接受眼底筛查的早产儿实施音乐干预联合非营养性吸吮护理可以减轻其疼痛感,提高其依从性。Objective To analyze the application effect of music intervention combined with non-nutritive sucking nursing in fundus screening of premature infants.Methods All of 69 premature infants undergoing fundus screening in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as study objects and they were randomly divided into the control group(23 cases),the combined group(23 cases),and the non-nutritive sucking group(23 cases).Premature infants in the control group were given no special interventions,those in the non-nutritive sucking group were given non-nutritive sucking nursing,and those in the combined group were given music intervention combined with non-nutritive sucking nursing.The PIPP score at 1 and 5 minutes of fundus screening,screening compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of premature infants in the three groups were observed and compared.Results PIPP score of the three groups at 5 minutes of fundus screening was lower than that at 1 minute of fundus screening respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the PIPP score of the combined group at 1 and 5 minutes of fundus screening were lower than those of the control group and the non-nutritive sucking group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate for screening of combined group was higher than that of non-nutritive sucking group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the family members of premature infants in the combined group was higher than that of the non-nutritive sucking group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music intervention combined with non-nutritive sucking nursing for premature infants who underwent fundus screening can reduce their pain perception and improve compliance.
