摘 要:车架纵梁是商用车底盘中最长的零件,底盘中零件的装配用孔均布置在纵梁中,其检测方法一直以盒尺、卡尺等工具对照二维图逐一测量,检测方法存在效率低、精度低等缺点。文章通过对先进检测方法、设备的研究,分析产品特点,重点解决纵梁冲孔后相关尺寸检测问题,确定检测方法,为纵梁尺寸精度提升提供依据。The frame longitudinal beam is the longest part in the chassis of commercial vehicles.The holes for assembling the parts in the chassis are arranged in the longitudinal beam.Its detection method has been measured one by one by comparing two-dimensional drawings with box rulers,calipers and other tools.The detection method has low efficiency,Low accuracy and other shortcomings.In this paper,through the research of advanced testing equipment,product characteristics are analyzed,and key solutions are given.Determine the detection method for the related dimension of the longitudinal beam after punching,and provide the basis for improving the dimension accuracy of the longitudinal beam.
