摘 要:焦炭中的灰分作为高炉冶炼过程中的有害成分,其全部来源于配合煤,配合煤的粘结指数可以反映其粘结性和结焦性,对焦炭质量具有重要的影响。统计某焦化厂配合煤的灰分、粘结指数及焦炭的热性质和冷强度,对配合煤灰分、粘结指数对焦炭质量的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明:配合煤灰分与焦炭的抗碎强度(M40)和反应后强度(CSR)呈负相关关系,与焦炭的耐磨强度(M10)和反应性(CRI)呈正相关关系;粘结指数与M40和CSR呈正相关关系,与M10和CRI呈负相关关系。研究分析灰分及粘结指数对焦炭质量的影响,有利于指导生产。Coke ash in the blast furnace smelting process is a harmful ingredient,all of which is from mixing coal.The caking index of blended coal can reflect its agglutinability and coking capacity,and which has an important influence in coke quality.The ash content,bond index,thermal properties and cold strength of coke in a coking plant are counted,and the effects of ash and bond index on coke quality are analyzed and studied.Analysis result indicates that crushing strength of coke(M40)and coke strength after reaction(CSR)have a negative linear relationship with coal ash,abrasion strength of coke(M10)and coke reaction index(CRI)have a high positive linear relationship with coal ash;M40 and CSR have a positive linear relationship with caking index,M10 and CRI have negative linear relationship with caking index.The function of ash and caking index in the coking process and its influence on the coke quality need to be analyzed and studied,so as to guide the production.
