摘  要:以邯钢IF钢生产过程中某浇次的前两炉为研究对象,通过采用分工序取样,并借助氮氧分析仪、扫描电镜及EDS分析等手段,系统分析了RH精炼过程中IF钢夹杂物的演变规律。结果表明:(1)氮含量在脱氧3min时最低分别为0.0018%和0.0014%,随后逐渐升高,到静置30min时分别达到0.0027%和0.0023%。全氧含量变化与氮含量相反,脱氧3min时最高,分别达到0.0066%和0.0062%,至静置30min时分别降至0.00374%和0.00371%;(2)脱碳结束时,夹杂物主要为MnO、P2O5、MnS夹杂及其组成的复合夹杂,尺寸在2~3μm之间。加铝脱氧3min后,夹杂物以球状或簇状的Al2O3夹杂为主,尺寸在2~100μm之间。合金化后,夹杂物主要以TiN夹杂、纯Al2O3夹杂、Al2O3-TiN夹杂、Al2O3-TiO2夹杂和A2O3-MnS-TiN复合夹杂物为主,尺寸在1~20μm之间。随着静置时间的增加,夹杂物Al2O3-TiO2夹杂数量减少,Al2O3-MgO略有增加,其他夹杂物的变化不明显。The steel samples of the barrel are sampled by means of sub-processes,and the means of nitrogen oxygen analyzer,scanning electron microscope SEM and EDS analysis are used to analyzed the variation pattern of Inclusion in IF steel during RH process,taking the first two furnaces of a certain batch in the production process of Handan Iron and Steel as the research object.The results show that the nitrogen content is 0.001 8%and 0.001 4%at the time of deoxygenation of 3 min,and then gradually increase to 0.002 7%and 0.002 3%at the time of static setting of 30 min.The change in oxygen content is opposite to the nitrogen content,the oxygen content at the deoxygenation of 3 min is highest,reaching 0.006 6%and 0.006 2%,it drop to 0.003 74%and 0.003 71%respectively by resting 30 min.At the end of decarbonization,the inclusions are mainly composite inclusions composed of MnO or P2O5,MnS and MnO,the size is 2~3μm.After the addition of aluminum for 3 min,the inclusions are mainly in the form of spherical or clustered Al2O3,and the size is 2~100μm.After alloying,the inclusions are mainly TiN,pure Al2O3,Al2O3-TiN,Al2O3-TiO2 and Al2O3-MnS-TiN compound inclusions,with dimensions 1~20μm.With the increase of static time,the number of inclusions Al2O3-TiO2 decrease,Al2O3-MgO increase slightly,and other inclusions are not obvious.
