脊柱内镜技术在日间手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:通过分析328例腰椎内镜日间手术术后随访情况,并与住院手术相比较,评价其有效性。方法:回顾性分析328例腰椎内镜日间手术病人的临床资料,并与78例腰椎内镜住院病人临床资料相比较,采用Macnab评估量表随访手术疗效。结果:328例日间手术组术后优良率75.3%,78例住院手术组术后优良率83.3%,两组术后疗效无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),且两组均无远期手术并发症。结论:腰椎内镜手术的日间手术模式安全、高效。Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the outcomes of the percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy in day surgery patients compared with traditional inpatients.Methods:The clinical data of 328 patients treated with percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy in ambulatory surgery group and 77 cases in inpatient surgery group were retrospectively compared and reviewed.Clinical outcomes were assessed using the MacNab criteria.Results:Based on the MacNab criteria,the outcomes of 75.3%patients in ambulatory surgery group and 83.3%in inpatient surgery group were excellent and good,respectively.No statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no permanent complications in each group.Conclusion:Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy is safe and effect in ambulatory surgery patients.
