摘 要:提出了绿色特征的概念,分别对产品生命周期中的定性与定量绿色特征进行量化分析。以用户对绿色产品的满意度为目标,通过绿色质量功能配置,将绿色性需求分析映射到产品全生命周期绿色特征,建立了以绿色性需求满意度最大为目标的优化模型。通过优化配置调整绿色特征改变量,在有限的企业资源下实现关键技术特征因素优化,达到了客户需求最大满意度,同时保证了产品的绿色性能。以某滚齿机为实例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。The concept of green features was proposed,and the qualitative and quantitative green features in the product life cycle were quantified herein.Aimed to the customer satisfaction with green products,through the green QFD,the green demand analysis was mapped to the green characteristics of the product life cycle,and an optimization model with green demand satisfaction as the goal was established.By optimizing the configuration to adjust the amount of green feature changes,the key technical characteristics of the limited enterprise resources were optimized and improved,achieving the maximum satisfaction of customer demands and ensuring the green performance of the products.Taking a hobbing machine as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified.
