摘　　要：目的探究皖北地区儿童白血病的发病危险因素。方法选择2016年1月—2017年12月蚌医一附院和阜阳市人民医院收治的白血病患儿75例,对其临床资料展开回顾性分析,了解白血病发生的危险因素。结果儿童白血病的发生与儿童居住环境、母亲生育年龄较高、有肿瘤家族史等主要因素有关联。结论皖北地区儿童白血病的发生与诸多因素相关,建议做好相应的预防措施,以有效控制儿童白血病的发生。Objective:to explore the risk factors of childhood leukemia in Northern Anhui Province.Method:Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,75 children with leukemia in Bengyi Yifuyuan hospital and Fuyang People’s hospital ere selected and the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively to understand the risk factors of leukemia.Result:The occurrence of childhood leukemia is related to the living environment of children,higher maternal reproductive age,family history of cancer,.Conclusion:The occurrence of childhood leukemia in northern Anhui province is related to many factors.It is suggested that preventive measures should be taken to effectively control the occurrence of childhood leukemia.
