摘 要:以Moldflow软件为分析平台,以电器过线板的模具设计为例,首先分析了塑件结构的工艺性,然后采用冷、热流道技术进行塑件成型分析.对比两种技术的CAE参数,从结果可知,在注射模具设计中应用热流道技术可采用较低充填熔体温度,显著降低熔体聚合物分解的风险,同时采用热流道技术可以降低因困气和温差导致的气穴和熔接痕的可能性,同时也可减少冷却时间极大地提高了模具生产的效率.整个分析结果在一定程度上为热流道技术在注塑模具设计中的广泛应用提供了理论支持.Usingmoldflow software as an analysis platform,taking an electrical plate of over-wire as a specific case,the plastic part structure was analyzed firstly,then the plastic part was for-med and analyzed using cold and hot flow channel technology.Comparing the CAE parameters of the two technologies,then get the results.The application of thermal channel technology to inject-tionmold design can use lower filling melt temperature,reduce the risk of melt polymer decompo-sition significantly,and the application of thermal channel technology can reduce the possibility of cavitation and fusion marks due to gas distress and temperature difference.At the same time,the cooling time can be reduced and the efficiency of die production can be greatly improved.The analysis results provide theoretical support for the wide application of hot channel technology in injectionmold design.
