摘 要:卟啉化合物因其独特的光电化学性质,广泛用于治疗和诊断等生物医学领域.然而,绝大多数卟啉基化合物因其水溶性差,且易发生低分子聚集分散不均的现象,从而导致其光学性能减弱,限制了其在生物医药领域的应用.为改善以上缺点,利用卟啉化合物易于被修饰的特点,采用原子转移自由基(ATRP)聚合的方法,引发单体N-异丙基丙烯酰胺聚合,制备卟啉基聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(MHTPP-PNIPAM).通过红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱仪、紫外分光光度计对聚合物的结构进行表征,结果表明已成功地合成目标产物,并考察了反应时间和单体/引发剂的浓度对聚合的影响.Porphyrin Compounds have been Widely Used in Biomedical Fields such as Treatment and Diagnosis due to their Characteristic Photo Electrochemical Properties.However,Their Poor Water Solubility and Uneven Dispersion Resulted From Lowmolecular Aggregation Lead to The Decrease of Optical Properties,Which Limit Their Application in The Field of Biomedicine.In Order To Improve The Above Shortcomings,The Porphyrin Terminated Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(MHTPP-PNIPAM)was Prepared by Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization(ATRP).The Structure of Polymers were Characterized by Infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),Hydrogen Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer(1H NMR),Which Shows That Desired Product has been Synthesized Successfully.The Influence of Reaction Time and Concentration of Monomer/Initiator on The Polymerization was Investigated.
