摘 要:以4种栽培萱草和4种野生萱草为试材,于枯黄期至落叶期定期连续测定叶片相对电导率、可溶性蛋白含量、叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量,对8个萱草品种进行抗寒性综合评价。结果表明,相对电导率和可溶性蛋白含量随着低温胁迫时间的延长均呈现先上升后下降的趋势,试验末期(11月9日)栽培品种美国2号和野生品种平定1号的相对电导率明显低于试验初期(9月29日);美国2号的可溶性蛋白含量在试验末期与试验初期基本相同,而其他品种在试验末期的可溶性蛋白含量明显低于试验初期。随着枯黄期时间的延长,叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量呈下降趋势,其中,栽培品种美国2号和野生品种平定1号的下降幅度明显低于其他品种。栽培品种中的美国2号和野生品种中的平定1号的耐寒性要强于其他品种。In this experiment,four cultivated Hemerocallis fulva and four wild Hemerocallis fulva were used as samples.The relative conductivity,soluble protein content,chlorophyll content and carotenoid content were determined on September 29,October 9,October 19,October 29 and November 9,respectively.The results showed that the relative conductivity and soluble protein content increased firstly and then decreased with the extension of low temperature stress time,and reached the highest value on October 29.The relative conductivity of USA 2 of cultivated variety and Pingding 1 of wild variety on November 9 was significantly lower than that on September 29.The soluble protein content of USA 2 was basically the same on September 29 and November 9,while that of other varieties was significantly lower than that of on November 29.Over time,chlorophyll content and carotenoid content decresed,among which the chlorophyll content and carotenoid content of cultivated variety USA 2 and wild variety Pingding 1 were significantly lower than those of other cultivars.The cold tolerance of cultivated variety USA 2 and wild variety Pingding 1 is stronger than that of other varieties.
