儿童早期预警评分在危重呼吸系统疾病住院患儿护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童早期预警评分在危重呼吸系统疾病住院患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年1月该院收治的80例危重呼吸系统疾病患儿,分对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组基于儿童早期预警评分开展护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患儿病情观察准确识别率(97.5%vs.75.0%)、早期识别率(90.0%vs.37.5%)均高于对照组,住院期间意外事件发生率(5.0%vs.27.5%)低于对照组,观察组患儿重症监护室时间[(6.49±1.08)d vs.(9.05±1.15)d]及住院时间[(13.64±2.47)d vs.(17.32±2.51)d]均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童早期预警评分在危重呼吸系统疾病住院患儿护理中的应用,能够降低意外事件发生,缩短恢复时间。Objective To explore the effect of early warning score on nursing care of hospitalized children with critical respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 80 children with critical respiratory diseases admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group conducted nursing intervention based on the early warning score of children,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The accurate recognition rate(97.5%vs.75.0%)and early recognition rate(90.0%vs.37.5%)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of accidents during hospitalization(5.0%vs.27.5%)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The intensive care unit stay time[(6.49±1.08)d vs.(9.05±1.15)d]and the hospital stay time[(13.64±2.47)d vs.(17.32±2.51)d]in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of early warning score in nursing care of hospitalized children with critical respiratory diseases can reduce the occurrence of accidents,shorten the recovery time.
