摘  要:为了抑制CFB脱硫渣水化产生的膨胀,并提高试件的抗压强度,采用1 d、3 d、7 d不同龄期拆模,考虑细度、掺量和硫酸钠激发剂等影响因素,系统研究了延迟拆模对CFB脱硫渣水泥胶砂试件的线性膨胀率和抗压强度的影响规律,并进行了微观机理分析。研究表明:不同脱硫渣细度和掺量下,胶砂试件随拆模龄期延长,其线性膨胀率下降,抗压强度提高;掺入硫酸钠激发剂后,随着拆模龄期的延长,胶砂试件线性膨胀率下降的同时,其抗压强度也下降。In order to inhibit the expansion caused by the hydration of the Circulating Fluidized Bed(CFB)desulfurization slag and to improve the compressive strength of the test specimens,the linear expansion rate and compressive strength of CFB desulfurization slag-cement mortar specimens were studied systematically by using 1 d,3 d and 7 d age demoulding and considering the factors of fineness,dosage and sodium sulphide activator.Microscopic mechanism analysis was also carried out.The research shows that,under the different fineness and dosage of the desulfurization slag,the linear expansion rate of the mortar test specimens decreased with the extension of the demoulding age,and the compressive strength increased.After the sodium sulfate activator was added,the linear expansion rate of the mortar test specimens decreased and the compressive strength also decreased as the demoulding age increased.
