摘  要:以质量分数0、10%、20%、30%和50%的废玻璃细骨料取代天然细骨料制作废玻璃再生混凝土试块,测试废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土试块的坍落度、抗压强度和回弹值,研究废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土的工作性能、强度性能和回弹特性。结果表明:废玻璃细骨料取代天然细骨料制作废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土是可行的,废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土的抗压破坏机理不同于普通混凝土,但废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土回弹值和抗压强度的变化规律与普通混凝土相近;废玻璃取代率为30%时,废玻璃细骨料再生混凝土的工作性能和力学性能均最佳;用SPSS软件建立的RGC3试件养护龄期与抗压强度、回弹值与抗压强度的预测公式,精度符合要求。In this study,natural fine aggregates have been replaced by waste glass with the dosage equaling to that of natural fine aggregate(0,10%,20%,30%and 50%)to make concrete samples in order to determine slump degree,compression strength and rebound value.And the impact of waste glass on working,strength and rebound performance of the recycled concrete samples are also studied.The results exhibit that it is workable to add waste glass as fine aggregate instead of natural fine aggregates in the process of making recycled concrete.But the mechanism of these concrete samples in resisting compression and breakage is different from ordinary Portland cement,and their rebound and compression attribute is similar to these of ordinary Portland cement.And as the replacement ratio of waste glass is 30%,working and mechanical performance of recycled concrete is more excellent than others.The prediction relationship between compression strength and rebound value and curing period of RGC3 recycled concrete samples obtained using SPSS satisfies the precision requirement.
