摘  要:结合某石化企业罐区VOCs治理工程的设计及运行情况,总结油气收集管网系统的设计经验。针对采用焚烧法治理罐区VOCs的油气收集管网设计中可能存在的气相倒流、互窜及氧烃含量浓度超标等不稳定因素,研究油气管网系统的安全措施及控制手段,为罐区VOCs治理改造工程项目提供可借鉴的经验。Combined with the design and operation of VOCs treatment engineering for tank zone in one petrochemical enterprise,the experience in designing oil and gas collection pipeline network was summarized.With respect to the instable factors which are possibly occurred in the operation of oil and gas collection pipeline network when incineration method was used to treat VOCs and should be taken into account,such as gas backflow and channeling and excessive concentration of oxygen hydrocarbon,the safety measures and control method used for oil and gas collection pipeline network were studied,which may be referenced for VOCs treatment and reform engineering.
