摘  要:基于药厂实际工况,对含有乙酸异丙酯、异丙醇混合溶剂间歇精馏进行模拟与优化。优化过程中综合考虑产品回收价值和能耗成本、设备占用时间。提出以单位时间效益作为指标,对回流比进行优化。当回流比为6时,单位时间效益最大。对药厂的溶剂分离过程优化操作及设计具有指导意义。Based on practical working condition in pharmaceutical plant,batch distillation for isopropyl acetate and isopropyl alcohol mixed solvent was simulated and optimized.In the optimization,the value of recovery product,the cost of consumed energy and occupied equipment time were comprehensively considered.The objective of the benefit within unit time was proposed in obtaining optimum reflux ratio.It was found that the maximum benefit per unit time appeared when reflux ratio was 6.What presented herein may be referenced as guide for optimum operation of pharmaceutical plant.
