摘　　要：渤海海峡跨海通道经过27年的长期研究和全方位论证,其建设必要性、可行性已毋庸置疑,目前条件下启动蓬长试验工程建设的条件日益成熟,但是在国土空间规划的大背景下,如何处理好生态保护与社会发展、区域协同发展、利益平衡及分配等问题成为影响项目推进的重要因素,本文从城市规划的角度出发,对相关因素进行了分析。It has been 27 years since the study and comprehensive demonstration of the construction of Bohai Strait Cross-sea Channel were carried out.There is no doubt about its necessity and feasibility.At present,the conditions for starting Peng-Chang test engineering are becoming more and more mature.However,under the general background of spatial planning of national land,how to deal with the problems such as ecological protection and social development,regional coordinated development,balance and distribution of interests has become the important factors affecting the promotion of the project.This paper analyses the relevant factors from the perspective of urban planning.
