摘 要:针对高速无刷直流电机的驱动控制问题,基于与转速无关的磁链方程,设计了一种无刷直流电机无速度传感器高速驱动控制方案。首先,基于无刷直流电机的电路模型,推导了适用于电机低速运行且与转速无关的磁链方程,保证了电机低速时的可靠运行;然后,设计了电机高速运行时的校正策略,以提供高速时准确的换相点,进而形成了全转速范围内适用的无速度传感器闭环控制系统。最后,基于高速无刷直流电机驱动试验平台开展了全转速范围内的电机驱动控制试验,试验结果验证了所设计控制方案的有效性。In order to solve the problem of drive control with high speed brushless DC motor(BLDC),a sensorless high speed control scheme for BLDC based on a speed-independent flux linkage function was proposed.First of all,based on the circuit model of BLDC,a flux equation which is suitable for the low speed operation of the motor and have nothing to do with the speed was deduced to ensure the reliable operation of the motor at low speed.Then,the correction strategy for motor at high speed was designed to provide accurate reversing points at high speed,resulting in a closed-loop speed sensorless control system for full speed range.Finally,based on the high speed BLDC driving test platform,the motor control tests within the full speed range were carried out,the test results verify the effectiveness of the new control scheme.
