摘  要:通过对Ⅱ型布置切圆燃烧煤粉锅炉高温过热器与再热器烟气侧热力不均匀特性实例分析,结合现有减轻高温过热器与再热器热偏差技术存在的不足,给出了解决Ⅱ型布置煤粉切圆燃烧锅炉高温过热器与再热器各管热偏差的方法,利用结构不均、水力不均和热力不均间的相互匹配给出了高温过热器与再热器的优化布置,对减轻Ⅱ型布置煤粉切圆燃烧锅炉高温过热器与再热器热偏差有着重要的指导意义。Based on the analysis of flue gas thermal deviation of high temperature super-heater and re-heater for tangential combustion and Ⅱ arrangement coal-fired boiler, and the existing deficiencies in mitigating thermal deviation for high temperature super-heaters and re-heaters, a new measure for solving the thermal deviation of the high temperature super-heater and the re-heater of the type Ⅱ pulverized coal pulverized combustion boiler is discussed. The optimal arrangement for high temperature super-heater and re-heater is given by the mutually matching of structural unevenness, hydraulic unevenness and thermal unevenness. It has important guiding significance for alleviating the thermal deviation of high temperature super-heater and re-heater for tangential combustion and Ⅱ arrangement coal-fired boiler.
