摘 要:基于试验研究方法对1 000 MW超超临界机组应用的MGGH系统进行研究总结,其中对比MGGH改造前后的测试数据及对MGGH系统的进出口温度及除尘器进出口粉尘浓度等进行测试研究。结果表明:MGGH系统烟气温度及阻力指标能够满足设计要求,系统阻力增加较小;在MGGH烟气冷却器系统的作用下,三氧化硫冷凝吸附在烟尘表面,降低烟尘比电阻,除尘器的除尘效率升高,同时为后续设备安全稳定运行提供保障,在烟气再热器作用下,无烟囱“白烟”现象出现。因此MGGH能够有效地提高烟尘及三氧化硫脱除效率、消除烟囱“白烟”现象。Based on the experimental research method,the MGGH system applied to the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit was studied and summarized.The test data before and after the MGGH transformation were compared,and the inlet and outlet temperatures of the MGGH system and dust concentration at the inlet and outlet of the dust collector were tested and studied.The results show that the MGGH system flue gas temperature and resistance indicators can meet the design requirements,and the system resistance increase is small;under the action of the MGGH flue gas cooler system,sulfur trioxide is condensed and adsorbed on the dust surface,the dust specific resistance is lowered,the dust collector dust removal efficiency is increased.At the same time,sulfur trioxide provides safety and stability for subsequent equipment.Under the effect of flue gas reheater,no chimney“white smoke”phenomenon appears.Therefore,MGGH can effectively improve the efficiency of dust and sulfur trioxide removal and eliminate the“white smoke”phenomenon out of the chimney.
