摘 要:目的研究移动类辅助器具安全管理对老年失能患者生活自理能力和社会支持情况的影响。方法2017年7月—2018年7月,采取方便抽样法筛选121例老年失能患者,随机分为对照组(n=61)和观察组(n=60)。对照组开展常规健康教育指导,观察组在对照组的基础上实施辅助器具安全管理,电话随访3个月,评价2组患者的生活自理能力和社会支持情况。结果本次研究121例患者中,102例(84.3%)患者未接受过辅助器具的相关健康教育;98例(80.99%)曾发生安全问题;118例(97.52%)存在辅助用具适配性不佳的安全问题。干预后,观察组Barthel指数高于干预前(P<0.001),且优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SSRS总分、主观评分和对支持的利用度评分高于干预前(P<0.05),亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论移动类辅助器具安全管理和应用指导教育能一定程度上改善失能老年患者的生活自理能力和社会支持度。Objective To investigate the effect of safety management of mobile assistive devices on the self-care ability and social support of the incapacitated elderly inpatients.Methods 121 incapacitated elderly during the period from July,2017 to July,2018 were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group(=61)and observation group(=60);routine healthy education were applied to the elderly in the 2 groups while safety management of mobile assistive devices was added to the elderly in observation group;telephone follow-up lasted for 3 months;the self-care ability of living and social support of the elderly in both groups were evaluated.Results Before intervention,out of the 121 elderly,102 elderly(84.3%)received no related health education of assistive devices,98 elderly(80.99%)once met with safety problems and 118 elderly(97.52%)had the problemof assistive devices with poor suitability;after intervention,the Barthel index in observation group was higher than that before intervention(<0.001)and was superior to that in control group(P<0.05);the total score of the social support rating scale(SSRS),the subjective score and the support availability in observation group after intervention were much higher than those before intervention(P<0.05)and were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conslusions The safety management and application instruction of mobile assistive devices can improve the self-care ability of living and social support degree of the incapacitated elderly at certain levels.
