摘　　要：湿法炼锌工艺中除铁是非常关键的一环。采用黄胺铁矾法除铁的冶炼厂产生的铁矾渣普遍存在渣堆存难的问题。文章介绍了某冶炼厂从黄铵铁矾沉铁升级改造成针铁矿法沉铁的工业设计,并对改造后的优势和缺点进行了分析。Iron removal is a key step in zinc hydrometallurgy.Common problems of slag storage exist in smelters using jarosite to remove iron.The industry design of jarosite iron precipitation upgrading from goethite iron precipitation as well as the analyses of advantages and disadvantages of the modification was introduced in this paper.
