摘 要:目的通过分析8所海军医院3年间医疗资源配置公平性的变化趋势,为军队医院医疗资源配置优化提供决策依据。方法调研8所海军医院3年内收治基本情况资料。采用描述性分析、基于基尼系数及泰尔指数等定量研究方法分析8所海军医院医疗资源配置公平性。结果8所医院中,B医院基尼系数0.19,垂直公平性最好;H医院0.67,垂直公平性较差。A医院总泰尔系数0.0021,水平公平性最好;C医院总泰尔指数0.0229,水平公平性相对较差。结论与地方公立医院相比,军队医院资源配置公平性差,改革延迟滞后,应从多个角度优化均衡性,提升军人病床周转率和为兵服务质量。Objective By analyzing the changing trend of the equity of medical resource allocation in 8 naval hospitals during 3 years,it provides decision-making basis for the optimization of medical resources alloca-tion in military hospitals.Methods Investigate the basic information of the admission of 8 naval hospitals within 3 years.Descriptive analysis,based on the Gini coefficient and the Theil index,were used to analyze the equity of medical resource allocation in eight naval hospitals.Results Among the 8 hospitals,the Gini coefficient of hospi-tal B was 0.19,and the vertical equity was the best;H hospital was 0.67,and the vertical equity was poor.Hos-pital A had a total Theil index of 0.0021,and the level of equity was the best;hospital C had a total Theil index of 0.0229,and the level of equity was relatively poor.Conclusion Compared with local public hospitals,military hospitals have poor fairness in resource allocation and delays in reform.They should improve balance from multiple angles,pay attention to the bed turnover rate and the quality of service for soldiers.
