新联勤体制下战区总医院转型发展模式探讨

摘　　要：随着军队力量编成与规模结构调整全面落地,由多层级医疗机构调整组建的战区总医院内部医疗资源、学科人才、设施设备等得到进一步丰富和完善。融合各方医疗资源、聚力卫勤保障服务是医院面临的时代课题。文章通过介绍东部战区总医院强化管理机制、学科建设、医疗资源、科研教学等方面整合创新进而构建融合发展新模式,以期为助推医院卫勤保障能力和核心竞争力的全面提升提供参考。With the continuous deepening of military reform,medical resources in general hospitals of mili-tary regions,including brilliant talents and advanced facilities,have been integrated.In the new era,how to gather strength from other medical institutions in order to enhance the service ability of medical support has become a great concern.The reform plan of integration and innovation promoted in General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command in terms of systematic management,discipline construction,resource adjustment and the development of scientific research and teaching is introduced in this article which provides the reference for the enhancement of support capa-bility and core competence of military hospitals.
