摘　　要：目的研究分析改革过渡阶段机动卫勤分队人员抽组与救治能力现状。方法选取2018年参加基地化训练的8支机动卫勤分队为研究对象,对分队队员就人员抽组与救治技术相关情况进行问卷调查,并整理分析调查数据。结果被调查分队中,3支分队的高级职称比例达到10%,3支分队的聘用人员比例超过30%,队员寓任时间平均3年左右,业务骨干缺乏,组织难度大,能力巩固困难;对于常见战伤外科处置技术,被调查军医掌握水平不高,其中手术组军医掌握情况相对较好,重伤救治组与收容处置组相对较差。结论改革期间军队机动卫勤力量要落地人才激励制度,转变消极应付思想,突出战伤救治核心,关注通科协同技能,巩固提升保障能力。Objective To study and analyze the current situation of personnel grouping and treatment ca-pacity in mobile medical logistics teams during the reform period.Methods 8 mobile medical logistics teams that participated in the base training in 2018 were selected as research objects.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the personnel grouping and war wound treating skills,and survey data were analyzed.Results Among the investi-gated teams,only in 3 teams did the senior professional titles accounted for 10%,and in 3 team,did the employed staff accounted for more than 30%.The team members stayed on duty for about 3 years on average.For common surgical skills of combat injuries,the military doctors surveyed showed a not very good overall level,among which the military doctors in the operation group had a relatively good level,and other groups were relatively poor.Con-clusion During the reform period,the military mobile medical logistics force should speed up the adjustment of personnel system,change the passive thought,highlight the treatment of war wounds,and pay attention to medical skill coordination,so as to consolidate and improve the support capacity.
