摘 要:目的探讨军队基层医院护理管理中推行5S管理理念的实际效果。方法制定5S管理方案并实施,比较推行5S管理前后护士执业环境测评值、病房管理合格率、急救物品合格率、仪器设备完好率之间的差异性。结果护士执业环境测评值、病房管理合格率、急救物品合格率、仪器设备完好率较实施前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论5S管理理念在军队基层医院持续应用,可改善护士职业环境,提高护士满意度;提升护理管理水平;提高护理工作效率,保障医疗安全;提升护士的职业素养,为患者提供高效优质满意的护理服务。Objective To explore the practical effect of 5S management idea in the nursing management in a military primary hospital.Methods 5S management plan was developed and implemented in the military prima-ry hospital.The differences of four indicators were compared before and after the intervention,including assessment value of nurse practicing environment,qualified rate of ward management,qualified rate of first-aid materials and the rate of equipment in good condition.Results All of the four indicators were significantly improved than those before the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion The continuous application of 5S management idea in military primary hospitals can improve the nursing environment and nurse satisfaction,enhance the nursing management lev-el,raise nursing efficiency,ensure medical security and improve the professional quality of nurses so as to provide efficient,high-quality and satisfactory nursing services for patients.
