云南白药胶囊联合闭合复位经皮克氏针治疗桡骨远端骨骺骨折的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨云南白药胶囊联合闭合复位经皮克氏针治疗桡骨远端骨骺骨折的临床价值。方法选取2016年2月—2018年12月收治的儿童桡骨远端骨骺骨折患者76例,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组给予闭合复位经皮克氏针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加云南白药胶囊口服。对比2组的临床疗效、疼痛症状、骨痂形成及骨折愈合时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组术后第1天、第2天、第4天、第7天和第14天的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨痂生成及骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.01),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论云南白药胶囊联合闭合复位经皮克氏针治疗桡骨远端骨骺骨折的临床效果更高,可更有效地缓解疼痛症状,增快骨痂形成,缩短骨折愈合时间,且不良反应发生率更低,安全性更高。Objective To investigate clinical value of Yunnan Baiyao Capsule combined with closed reduction by percutaneous Kirschner wire in treatment of patients with epiphyseal fracture of distal radius.Methods A total of 76 children with epiphyseal fracture of distal radius admitted during February 2016 and December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group(n=38 in each group)according to different therapeutic schemes.Control group was treated with closed reduction by percutaneous Kirschner needle,while observation group was added with Yunnan Baiyao Capsule on the basis of treatment for control group.Clinical efficacy,pain symptoms,times of callus formation and fracture healing and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).In observation group,pain scores on the 1 st,2 nd,4 th,7 th and 14 th d after operation were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while times of callus formation and fracture healing in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.01),and incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao Capsule combined with closed reduction by percutaneous Kirschner wire in treatment of patients with epiphyseal fracture of distal radius may achieve better clinical effect,more effectively relieve pain symptoms,accelerate callus formation and shorten fracture healing time with lower incidence rate of adverse reactions and better safety.
