摘　　要：回顾了国内现代医院管理制度的发展历程及其内涵,剖析了新形势下公立医院在现代医院管理制度建 设中存在的难点问题,并提出了对策建议。阐述了首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院现代医院管理制度建设的实践 经验,以改革为契机,加强党的领导,创新内部管理机制,保障了公立医院的公益性、激发了医务人员的积极 性、提高了经济运营的效率,实现医院科学发展的持续性、医疗服务惠及老百姓。This paper reviews the development and connotation of modern hospital management system in China and analyzes the problems of public hospitals in the construction of modern hospital management system under the new situation. Some countermeasures are also presented. The practical experience on construction modern hospital management system of Beijing Anzhen hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University was expounded. The reform was taken as an opportunity to strengthen the party's leadership and innovate the internal management mechanism, which ensured the public welfare of public hospitals and stimulated the enthusiasm and improvement of medical staff. The efficiency of economic operations, the sustainability of hospital science development, medical services benefit the people.
