摘  要:根据门诊管理现状及要求,设计医院门诊运营管理系统,旨在应用信息化提高医院门诊管理水平,提升患者就医体验感、获得感。宁波市第一医院通过开发门诊智慧运营管理系统,实时监控门诊流程过程的每个环节,利用各环节数据构建科学门诊管理,改变门诊管理模式,从过去疲于奔命的救火式的处理到提前预测、提前预防、调配,形成了一整套科学有序的门诊管理办法。According to the current situation and management requirements of outpatient clinics, a hospital outpatient operation management system is designed to improve the outpatient management, patients' experiences and acquisition by using information technology. Through the development of outpatient intelligent operation management system, Ningbo the 1st Hospital monitors every link of outpatient process in real time, constructs scientific outpatient management and changes management mode by using data of each link. Hospital outpatient management business from the past tired of fire fighting to be able to predict, prevent and deploy in advance. A set of scientific and orderly outpatient management methods has been shaped.
