摘 要:目的:构建单病种临床路径的绩效评价指标体系。方法:以关键绩效指标法为理论指导,通过文献分析收集考核指标,通过专家咨询与论证确定指标体系和考核标准。结果:确定“规范医疗行为”“提高医疗质量”“控制医疗成本”“降低住院时间”“导向疑难危重”共5项一级指标,二级指标及考核标准依病种不同而有所差异。结论:本研究临床路径绩效评价指标体系科学合理,可有效促进临床路径管理,但考核实施需信息技术方面提供强有力支撑。Objective:To construct a performance evaluation indicator system for the single disease clinical pathway.Methods:Guided by the method of key performance indicators,the evaluation indicators are collected through literature analysis,and the index system and evaluation criteria are determined through expert consultation and demonstration.Results:Five first-level indicators were identified as"standardizing medical behavior","improving medical quality","controlling medical cost","reducing hospitalization time"and"guiding difficult and critical problems".The second-level indicators and assessment criteria varied according to different diseases.Conclusions:The clinical pathway performance evaluation indicator system is scientific and reasonable,and it can improve clinical pathway management.But its implementation requires strong support from information technology.
