摘　　要：在医药分开综合改革中发挥公立医院党委作用是加强公立医院党的建设的必然要求,也是落实医药分开综合改革的重要保障。首都医科大学宣武医院党委在医药分开综合改革中积极发挥作用,包括指明改革前进方向、加强思想政治工作、组织动员全员参与、党委领导身先士卒、营造良好改革氛围等,取得了显著效果。加强公立医院党建工作,不断提高认识和重视程度是前提,始终坚持人民主体地位和群众路线是关键,与医院实际相结合是保障。To better play the role of hospital Party Committee in the comprehensive reform of separation of medicine is an inevitable requirement for strengthening the Party building in public hospitals,an important guarantee for implementing the comprehensive reform of separation of medicine,and a key factor for safeguarding the interests of patients and medical personnel.The Party Committee of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University has played an active role in the comprehensive reform of separating medicine:pointing out the direction of reform,strengthening ideological and political work,organizing and mobilizing the participation of all members,leading the Party Committee and creating a good atmosphere for reform,and achieved good results.Summing up these experiences,we believe that it is the premise to strengthen the Party building work in public hospitals,to continuously improve the understanding and attention,to always adhere to the people's principal position and mass line is the key,and to combine with the reality of hospitals is the guarantee.
