摘  要:白细胞介素-33(IL-33)是新发现的IL-1超家族细胞因子,通过其受体ST2介导的通路参与多种免疫相关疾病的发生、发展,包括炎症性肠病(IBD),但其作用机制尚未明确。有研究显示IL-33在肠黏膜中可能发挥促炎和保护的双重作用。本文就IL-33/ST2信号通路与IBD的关系作一综述。Interleukin-33(IL-33),a novel identified member of IL-1 superfamily,is involved in the development and progress of various immune-related diseases,including inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),via its receptor ST2-mediated pathway,but the mechanism is not fully clarified.It has been reported that IL-33 plays a dual role in promoting inflammation and inducing protective effect in intestinal mucosa.This article reviewed the relationship between IL-33/ST2 signal pathway and IBD.
