电刺激疗法在大便失禁治疗中的应用

摘　　要：大便失禁临床常见,可严重影响患者的生活质量和精神心理健康。大便失禁的治疗方法多处于探索阶段,尚无系统的诊疗规范。近年来电刺激疗法在盆底疾病的治疗中倍受关注,主要包括骶神经刺激、胫神经刺激、阴部神经刺激、生物反馈电刺激、中医电针等。本文就电刺激疗法治疗大便失禁的研究作一综述。Fecal incontinence is a common clinical symptom and can severely affect the quality of life and psycho and mental health of patients.Most of the treatment of fecal incontinence are in the exploratory stage,and there is no normalized systematic treatment regimen.In recent years,electric stimulation therapy has received much attention in the treatment of pelvic floor diseases,including sacral nerve stimulation,tibial nerve stimulation,pudendal nerve stimulation,biofeedback electrical stimulation,and electroacupuncture.This article reviewed the research on electric stimulation therapy in treatment of fecal incontinence.
