摘  要:利用Fluent15.0软件对不同喷嘴夹角的水平三向撞击流混合器内流场进行数值模拟.在相同入口流量Q=0.5(m^3·h^-1)的情况下,固定喷嘴a为X轴方向,改变其余两喷嘴夹角(α)大小,研究不同喷嘴夹角水平三向撞击流混合器的湍动能分布与速度分布.结果表明:撞击流混合器内湍动能峰值随喷嘴夹角α增大单调递减.α<120°时驻点位置发生偏移且α越小偏移距离越大,α≥120°驻点位置位于原点处.撞击流混合器内流场速度分布以及径向速度均方差随夹角α增大呈V型分布,当α=120°时,撞击流混合器流场速度以及速度均方差最小.夹角α≥120°,X轴向喷嘴的撞击作用减弱,对流场速度的影响增大.综合湍动能分布与速度分布,当α=60°时,水平三向撞击流混合器内均方差速度较强,且湍动能最大,有利于混合.The flow field in a horizontal three-jet impinging stream mixer with different nozzle angles is numerically simulated by Fluent 15.0.With the same inlet flow rate of Q=0.5(m 3·h^-1),the turbulent kinetic energy distribution and velocity distribution of the horizontal three-jet impinging mixer with different nozzle angles were studied by changing the angle between the other two nozzles and fixing nozzle a in the X-axis direction.The results show that the peak turbulent kinetic energy in the impinging stream mixer decreases monotonically with the increase of nozzle angle.Whenα<120°,the position of the stagnation point is shifted and the smallerαis,the larger the offset distance is.Whenα≥120°,the position of stationary point is at the origin.The velocity distribution and the radial velocity mean variance of the impinging flow mixer are V-shaped when the angle increases,and the flow velocity and velocity mean variance of the impinging stream mixer is the smallest whenαis 120°.The impact of the angleα≥120°x axial nozzle on the convection field is weakened and the influence of the flow field velocity is increased.Combined turbulent kinetic energy distribution and velocity distribution,the velocity standard deviation in the horizontal three-jet impinging stream mixer is strong,and the turbulent kinetic energy is maximum,which is favorable for mixing whenαis 60°.
