摘 要:采用CFD模拟方法比较两种组合涡发生器强化大高宽比矩形水平螺旋通道的换热特性,并进一步分析B形翼的无量纲间距δ′、无量纲长度l′对螺旋通道内流体流动和换热的影响,利用综合因子G表征了两组合涡发生器的综合强化效果.结果表明:A形翼与B形翼均能改善柱后流体的流动,可分别在柱后等距横截面上形成二次流的四涡结构和六涡结构,并可在定距柱后形成纵向涡,加速尾迹区与主流流体的混合,实现了强化传热;B形翼与A形翼组合涡发生器相比,B形翼的综合强化效果更好;在所研究范围内,δ′增大,B形翼涡发生器的强化换热能力逐渐减小,综合性能变差;l′越大,内置B形翼组合涡发生器的螺旋通道的Nu数和f越大,但Nu数和f的增速随l′值的变大而变缓,当l′=1.0时该螺旋流道的综合强化性能最优.CFD simulation method is used to compare the heat transfer characteristics in rectangular horizontal spiral channels with large aspect ratio for two combined vortex generators.The effects of the dimensionless spacing(δ′)and the dimensionless length(l′)on turbulent flow and heat transfer in rectangular helical channels were further researched.The comprehensive enhancement effect of two combined vortex generators is characterized by the comprehensive factor G.The results show that both A-winglet and B-winglet can improve the flow of fluid behind the pin.Four-vortex structure and six-vortex structure of secondary flow appear on the cross section of the same position behind the cylinder,respectively.The longitudinal vortices can be formed to accelerate the mixing of the wake region and the mainstream region and then heat transfer enhancement has been achieved.The comprehensive enhancement effect of B-winglet is better than that of A-winglet.In the research range,the enhanced heat transfer performance of B-winglet combinational vortex generators is decreased asδ′increases.The larger l′is,the larger the number of Nu and f of the helical duct with B-winglet combined vortex generators.However,the rate of the increase the number of Nu and f decreases with the increase of l′and when l′=1.0,the effect of enhanced heat transfer is the optimum.
