从历史文化名城保护到历史城市保护的思考——以滇中历史城市保护实践为例

摘　　要：历史城市具有一定数量的文化遗存资源与不同时期的格局风貌特征,是彰显我国传统城市文化体系的基础性重要承载体。在当今新型城镇化的背景下,存量更新和高质量发展成为城市主要发展方向,历史城市传统文化基因亟需在城市更新大潮中得以有效保留和提质发展。因此,拓宽城市文化遗产保护理念,从历史文化名城走向历史城市,借鉴历史文化名城保护工作体系和技术方法对一般历史城市实施保护,具有广泛的现实需求和重要的现实意义。结合参与的若干滇中历史城市保护项目实践,对历史城市的文化特性、保护发展思路等方面进行探讨。The historical city usually has a certain number of cultural heritage and traditional townscape in different periods.They are basic important carriers that highlights the traditional urban history of China.In today's new-type urbanization,stock renewal and high-quality development have become the main direction of city development.The genes of traditional culture in historical cities need to be preserved and upgraded well.Therefore,broadening the concept of urban cultural heritage conservation,extending protection of historic cities to historical ones,and applying historic city conservation systems and technical methods to historical city have a wide range of practical needs and important significance.Based on the practice of several historical cities in the central Yunnan province,this paper will discuss the cultural characteristics and protection development ways of historical cities.
