加味止痉散配合火针治疗偏头痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味止痉散联合火针治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取80例偏头痛患者,并随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,每组40例。其中,对照组单独口服氟桂利嗪胶囊,在此基础上,治疗组联合应用加味止痉散、火针,为期2个疗程,比较、分析两组治疗效果和VAS评分,并运用医学统计学方法进行对比分析。结果:连续治疗2疗程后,治疗总有效率均为75.0%,数据并无统计学差异;连续治疗4疗程后,治疗组治疗总有效率高达95.0%,明显高于对照组总有效率85.0%。治疗前,两组VAS视觉模拟评分并无统计学差异;治疗2疗程、4疗程后,治疗组VAS评分均明显低于对照组。结论:加味止痉散配合火针治疗偏头痛的临床疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified antispasmodic powder combined with fire needle in the treatment of migraine.Methods:80 patients with migraine were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given oral flunarizine capsules,and the treatment group was treated with flavored antispasmodic powder and fire needle based on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect and VAS scores of the two groups were observed and analyzed by medical statistics.Results:After 2 courses of continuous treatment,the total effective rate was 75.0%.After 4 courses of continuous treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was as high as 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS visual analogue scores between the two groups.VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 2 and 4 courses of treatment.Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified antispasmodic powder combined with fire needle in the treatment of migraine is obviously better than that of western medicine alone.
