血液透析用水及透析液的质量监测探讨

摘　　要：目的分析血液透析用水和透析液的质量监测情况。方法重点是针对于透析用水和透析液存在的细菌及内毒素等展开合理的分析与检验。结果依照结果显示,血液透析用水和透析液的质量基本上符合国家提出的具体标准,针对于已经开盖的透析B液,在放置了五个小时之后,原有的1 CFU/mL细菌数呈现出明显上升的趋势,达到了110 CFU/mL,原有的0.025 EU/mL内毒素也呈现出明显上升的趋势,达到了1.25 EU/mL。结论透析液A液及B液都应该在使用的时候开盖,不可提前开盖备用,同时及时粘贴开盖日期,若是超过的有效期的透析液不可使用。Objective To analyze the quality monitoring of hemodialysis water and dialysate.Methods The focus is on rational analysis and testing of bacteria and endotoxin in dialysis water and dialysate.Results According to the results,the quality of hemodialysis water and dialysate was basically consistent with the specific standard proposed by the state.For five hours,the number of original 1CFU/ml bacteria showed an obvious rising trend after five hours of placement,and the original 0.025EU/ml endotoxin was also present.There is a clear upward trend,reaching 1.25EU/ml.Conclusion The dialysate A solution and the B solution should be open at the time of use.It should not be opened in advance,and the opening date is stuck in time.If the more than the effective period of the dialysate is not to be used.
