胸腔镜小切口与传统开胸手术治疗胸外伤的临床比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较胸腔镜小切口与传统开胸手术治疗胸外伤的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月~2018年12月我院收治的72例胸外伤患者为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,各36例。试验组实施胸腔镜小切口手术治疗,对照组实施传统开胸手术治疗,对比两组的术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间。结果试验组的术中出血量(82.35±19.37)mL明显低于对照组(176.59±26.58)mL,手术时间、住院时间(77.37±11.46)min、(8.36±2.59)d明显较对照组(81.69±12.87)min、(15.37±1.56)d短,两组对比差异显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统开胸手术相比,胸腔镜小切口手术治疗胸外伤效果更好,可降低术中出血量,缩短手术和住院时间,值得推广。objective To compare the clinical effect of thoracoscopic small incision and traditional thoracotomy in the treatment of chest trauma.Methods A total of 72 patients with chest trauma admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with thoracoscopic small-incision surgery,while the control group was treated with traditional thoracotomy surgery.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss(82.35±19.37)ml in the experimental group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group(176.59±26.58)ml,and the operative time,hospitalization time(77.37±11.46)min,(8.36±2.59)d were signifi cantly shorter than that in the control group(81.69±12.87)min,(15.37±1.56)d,with signifi cant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional thoracotomy,thoracoscopic small incision surgery is more effective in the treatment of thoracic trauma,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the duration of surgery and hospitalization,and is worthy of promotion.
