利福喷丁不同给药方法在老年肺结核中的应用

摘　　要：目的对利福喷丁不同给药方法在老年肺结核中的应用效果进行分析。方法随机抽取2017年3月~2018年3月收治82例老年肺结核患者分别对照组(每周用药两次)与实验组(每周用药一次),对比两组患者治疗效果与不良反应。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为95.1%,实验组患者治疗总有效率为92.7%,两组患者治疗总有效率比较并无差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者肝功能异常、肾脏异常、胃肠道异常、血常规异常发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利福喷丁治疗老年肺结核的效果较为理想,每周使用一次利福喷丁可降低不良反应的发生,促进疾病的康复。Objective To analyze the effect of rifapentine in the treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 82 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly selected as control group(twice a week)and experimental group(once a week).The treatment time was from March 2017 to March 2018.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.1 in the control group and 92.7in the experimental group.There was no difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of abnormal liver,kidney,gastrointestinal tract and blood routine in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rifapentine is effective in the treatment of senile pulmonary tuberculosis.Once a week rifapentine can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and promote the recovery of the disease.
