胸腰段脊柱神经损伤的临床治疗观察研究

摘  要:目的研究分析胸腰段脊柱神经损伤的临床治疗效果。方法收集2015年6月~2018年6月期间我院收治的脊柱神经损伤患者80例为研究对象,按照不同治疗方式将这80例脊柱神经损伤患者均分为两组,对照组患者接受后路减压术治疗;观察组患者接受前路减压术治疗;对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组40例脊柱神经损伤患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间均显著短于对照组40例脊柱神经损伤患者;对照组40例脊柱神经损伤患者的运动评分、触觉评分、伤椎高度以及cobb,角均显著差于观察组40例脊柱神经损伤患者,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论在胸腰段脊柱神经损伤的临床治疗中前、后路减压术均能够起到有效的治疗效果,其中前路减压术治疗效果更理想,手术创伤较小患者术后恢复较快。Objective To study and analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of thoracolumbar spinal nerve injury.Methods 80 patients with spinal nerve injury admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,80 patients with spinal nerve injury were divided into two groups.The control group received posterior decompression treatment;the observation group received anterior decompression treatment;and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time of 40 patients with spinal nerve injury in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,while the motor score,tactile score,vertebral height and Cobb angle of 40 patients with spinal nerve injury in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of thoracolumbar spinal nerve injury,anterior and posterior decompression can play an effective therapeutic effect,among which anterior decompression is more effective and the patients with less trauma recover faster.
